On February 13, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.41/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Dien Quang Joint Stock Company (stock code: DQC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 24,424,679 shares

-         Additional volume: 4,396,215 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND43,962,150,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 28,820,894 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND288,208,940,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: February 25, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue new shares to pay dividend.
