DLG: The BOD approves a private placement of convertible bonds

Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC announced Decision No.13 dated January 19, 2015 regarding the private placement of bonds as follows:

Article 1: Approving a detailed plan for private placement:

-          Issue volume: 5,000,000 bonds

-          Issue method: private placement

-          Purpose: to increase the working capital and invest in project

-          Par value: VND100,000

-          Total issue value based on par value: VND500 billion

-          Issue price: VND100,000

-          Total issue value: VND500 billion

-          Interest rate: 0%

-          Term: 02 years

-          Conversion period: Bondholders will receive converted shares on the maturity date or at least 01 year after the issue date.

-          Conversion price: not lower than VND12,000.

-          Estimated offering time: Quarter I.2015.
