CII: Notice of conversion of USD4 million bonds

On January 15, 2015, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) received an announcement from Aquamarine Holdings (Cayman) Ltd and AMA Fund Holdings (Cayman) Ltd regarding the conversion of USD4,000,000 convertible bonds (of the USD15 million with a conversion price of VND10,000/share) into CII shares, as follows:
