KBC: KBC plans to issue convertible bonds

Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation announced a private placement of 1,200 convertible bonds as follows:

1.       Market: KBC will issue 1,200 bonds in the domestic market. 

2.       Bond name: Convertible Bond KBC 2014

3.       Bond code: KBC-TPCD2014

4.       Term: 03 years

5.       Par value: VND1 billion/bond

6.       Issue volume: 1,200 bonds

7.       Bond interest: 8%/year

8.       Bond form: book-entry

9.       Bond type: convertible, unsecured bond

10.   Interest & principal payment:

-         Principal payment: once on the due date for the part of bonds which bondholders do not exercise conversion.

-         Interest payment: once a year, after every 12 months from the issue date. In case investors choose to exercise conversion, the converted bonds will receive interest from the issue date to the conversion date for Stage 1 and Stage 3, or from the latest interest payment date to the conversion date for Stage 4 and Stage 5.

12.   Issue agent: Navibank Securities Joint Stock Company

13.   Issue time: in Quarter 4/2014

14.   Purpose: to restructure debts, raise the working capital, invest in infrastructure of industrial projects and invest in subsidiaries and associated companies.
