KBC: KBC added information to the private placement of convertible bonds

Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation announced that it has added 01 tranche for the private placement of convertible bonds approved by the State Securities Commission. At the same time, all documents of 1,200 billion dongs of convertible bonds approved. Time of implementation, the company would finish the private placement before December 31, 2014.
