CII: CII to sell 30 mln LGC shares & VND1,020 bln bonds

On January 14, 2015, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) signed agreements to sell 30 million shares of CII Bridges and Roads (stock code: LGC), and issue VND1,020 billion bonds which will be converted into shares of CII Bridges and Roads to the partner Metro Pacific Tollways Crporation (MPTC).
