DC4: Result of opinion taking via ballot on approving private placement of convertible bonds

On 16/01/2014, DIC No. 4 Joint Stock Company announced result of opinion taking via ballot on approving private placement of convertible bonds as follows:

According to Charter of DIC No. 4 Joint Stock Company, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of the Company agreed that:

- Voting result did not satisfy requirement of rate of shareholders agreeing with the plan. Thus, plan of private placement of convertible bonds according to Statement no. 08/TT-HDQT.DIC4 dated 8/12/2014 was not approved by General Meeting of Shareholders.
