VNG: Announcement of Written Resolution

Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company announced the written resolution dated October 09, 2014:

Article 1: The Shareholder approved to change of company name:

-         Name in Vietnamese: Công ty cổ phần Du lịch Thành Thành Công

-         Name in English: Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company

-         Short name in English: TTC TOURIST

Article 2: The Shareholder approved to change of head office address as follows:

-         Old address: 37, Street 3/2, Ward 8, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province

-         New address: 62 Tran Huy Lieu, Ward 12, Phu Nhuan District, HCM City.

Article 3: The Shareholder approved to amend the Articles of Association.

Article 4: The Shareholder approved Ms. Vuong Ngoc Anh transfer 588,000 shares (4.25%) to  Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company.
