VSI: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2014

Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JS Co. announced the resolution of extraordinary general meeting 2014 as follows:

1.       Approving to allow Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JS Co. to transfer stake or sell products of “Office & Apartment Building - Waseco Plaza”.

2.       Approving to change a partner in the project: Dong Duong Group Co., Ltd. will transfer all 45% capital contributed in “Office & Apartment Building - Waseco Plaza” to another investor.
