KDC: Board Resolution Nov 24

Kinh Do Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated November 24, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the plan to buy shares of Kinh Do Corporation as follows:

-          Number of shares to buy additional: 20,000,000 shares

-          Expected buying prices: not more than VND60,000/share

-          Trading time: within 30 days after State securities commission approve.

Article 2: Authorizing to Mr. Tran le Nguyen, CEO to implement necessary procedure.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from November 18, 2014.
