PAN: Total room of foreign investors adjusted to 45.18%

Pursuant to Document No.6482/UBCK-QLPH dated November 21, 2014 by the State Securities Committee announcing the locking of the foreign room of stock of PAN Pacific Corporation and the suggestion of PAN Pacific Corporation, the total room of foreign investors of stock PAN will be adjusted to 45.18%.

-         Beginning date of adjustment: November 26, 2014

-         Ending date of adjustment: right after the completion of private placement and ESOP.
