Nam Viet Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated November 24, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approving set up a subsidiary as follows:

-          Name of the subsidiary: Nam Viet Aquaculture Co., Ltd

-          Charter capital: VND72,000,000,000 (Nam Viet Corporation contributed 100% of the charter capital).

Article 2: Authorizing Mr. Doan Toi as representatives of capital and Chairman of the BOD.
