STG: Board Resolution _ Nov 25

South Logistics Joint Stock Company (“Sotrans”) announced Board Resolution No.039/2014 dated November 25, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the financial statements of Quarter 3/2014.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to continue executing the Cat Lai Investment Project and to ask SCIC to adopt and consult about documents of the project.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved the investment policy for Phu My Warehouse Project.

Article 4: The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Dang Vu Thanh as a representative to hold 49% in Gefco-Sotrans Logistics Co., Ltd.

Article 5: The Board of Directors approved to adjust the wage coefficient of the Directorate and the allowance of the Board Secretary.

The wage of members of the Directorate will be increased.

Article 6: The Board of Directors approved the capital withdrawal in SDB Vietnam Joint Stock Company at a price of VND28,605,469,697. In which, Sotrans holds 35% or VND10,011,914,394.

Article 7: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
