PPC: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 04, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash:

Record date: July 25, 2014

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

-         Payment date: August 15, 2014 

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Chairman of the BOD to implement.

Article 3:  This resolution takes effect from July 04, 2014.
