DXG: DXG transfers stake in Dat Xanh Binh Duong Real Estate JSC

On July 03, 2014, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved the transfer of all shares of DXG in Dat Xanh Binh Duong Real Estate JSC. The transfer price will not be lower than the book value of Dat Xanh Binh Duong Real Estate JSC on December 31, 2013.
