VNM: Report on outstanding voting shares

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) reported the change in the number of outstanding voting shares as follows:

1)     Before treasury share purchase:

-         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,437,321 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 518,475 shares

2)     Number of ESOP shares withdrawn: 3,500 shares

-         Reason: to withdraw ESOP shares from employees according to the Company’s Act.

3)     After treasury share purchase:

-         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,433,821 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 521,975 shares.
