Sea & Air Freight International announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 02, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to adjust charter capital in its Charter after the ESOP share issuance in 2014.

Article 2: The Board of Directors assigned the CEO to implement this resolution as regulated.

This Resolution takes effect as from signing date – July 02, 2014.
