1) To co-operate
with Vinh Tien Joint Stock Company to establish
textbook production as factory:

Charter capital: VND30 billion; including:

Contribution ratio of TIE: VND14,700,000,000
or 49% of charter capital.

2) To
appoint Mr. Vu Quoc Vinh as the legal representative of capital contribution in
Vinh Tien – TIE Co., Ltd in term 05 years.
3) To
establish Travel Center Operator – Branch of TIE
