VSC: To issue 5,729,210 shares to pay dividends

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company announced that it would issue additional shares to pay dividends as follows:

-         Stock code: VSC

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Number of issued shares: 28,812,650 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 28,646,050 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 166,600 shares

-         Number of shares to be issued for dividend payment: 5,729,210 shares

-         Exercise ratio: 20%

-         Financial resource for the stock issue: VSC’s undistributed profit of 2013.

-         Record date: June 24, 2014

-         Plan to deal with fractional share: Each shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 right. And, he or share owning every 10 rights will receive 2 new shares. The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down, and fractional share (if any) will be cancelled.
