BBS: Result of share issue under the ESOP

Vicem Packaging But Son Joint Stock Company announced the result of share issue under the ESOP on 3 June 2014 as follows:
On 29 May 2014, the State Securities Commission (SSC) received the report on result of share issue under the ESOP No.78/14/BBS-BCKQ dated 27/5/2014 of Vicem Packaging But Son Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Company issued 200,000 shares to 101 persons.
