Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Foreign Trade Of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) disclosed its plan to issue 347,612,561 shares to increase its charter capital from owners’ equity as follows.

-         Treasury shares: 0 share

-         Issue volume expected: 347,612,561 shares
