- Purpose: to issue shares to raise its charter capital
- Exercise ratio: 100:10 (The one who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new
shares).
- Issue volume: 3,397,363 shares.
- Plan to deal with
fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional
shares will be canceled.
For example, if
shareholder A owns 104 shares at the record date, he will receive: 104*10%= 10.4
shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive 10 new shares.
