PVT: Resolution on a bonus share issuance

PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation announced a Board resolution date May 30, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The meeting approved to implement the plan of issuing shares to increase its charter capital from owner’s equity

Article 2: The meeting authorized the CO to implement the issue plan in Quarter 2/Quarter 3, 2014.
