Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) has announced the use of proceeds from the issuance as follows:
- According
to Resolution No.593/2013/NQ-DHDCD dated April 26, 2013 on increasing charter
capital and Business Registration Certificate No.16/GCN-UBCK dated June 10,
2013 as follows:
- Number
of shares issued to sell to its existing shareholders: 405,847,193 shares
(17.63655% ratio), equivalent to 100% plan.
- Number
of shares issued to pay dividend: 104,184,909 shares (4.52784% ratio),
equivalent to 99.99% plan
- After
the share issuance, the charter capital was added by VND5,100,321,020,000.
- BIDV
has recorded its increasing in charter capital, revising rules on operation in accordance with the current law
- All
of VND5,100,321,020,000 will be used to fund business capital as approved by
the general meeting of shareholders.
