LCM: Notice of the 3nd of 2014 AGM

On May 26, 2014, the second of 2014 annual general meeting of shareholders of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company with the participation of 215 shareholders and attorneys. Total holds 7,574,446 shares at a rate of 30.75% charter capital, to meet was not necessary conditions in order to approve Resolution of the second of 2014 annual general meeting of shareholders. Because of not enough voting rights in the second of 2014 AGM as regulated the company will organize the 3nd of 2014 AGM:

-  Meeting date: 8:00 am, June 14, 2014    

-  Meeting venue: Lao Cai Star Hotel, 003 Hoang Lien Street, Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province.

-  Meeting participants: All shareholders at the record date: March 19, 2014.
