VCS: Delay in holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014

Vicostone Joint Stock Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 of the Company, which was going to be on 26/5/2014, did not take place as planned because shareholders who have represented over 51% of voting rights could not participate the Meeting.

The second AGM will be held at 8.00 am on 12/06/2014.
