GGG: Result of the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014

On 20/05/2014, Giai Phong Motor Joint Stock Company announces the result of the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 as follows:

- The numbers of attendants:20 shareholders represent for 1,681,794 shares, equivalent to 17.45 % of the number of voting shares of the Company.

- Based on Article 102 of Enterprise Law of Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Article 18 in the Charter of the Company

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 Giai Phong Motor Joint Stock Company has not enough conditions to be carried out.

The second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 will be called in 10/06/2014.
