On 04/6/2014, F.I.T Investment Joint Stock Company announced change in number of outstanding shares with voting right as follows:

- Number of outstanding shares with voting right before the issue: 18,899,999 shares

- Total number of additionally issued shares: 15,749,997 shares

- Number of outstanding shares with voting right after the issue: 34,649,996 shares.
