On June 13, 2014, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted Certificate No.45/GCN-UBCK to An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company so that An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company can offer its shares to the public as follows:

-         Listed firm: An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company   

-         Paid-in charter capital: VND128,592,880,000

-         Stock symbol: HAR

-         Stock type: Common Stock

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Total offering volume: 18,199,938 shares

-         Total issue value (basing on par value): VND181,999,380,000

-         Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

-         Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.
