VIC: Decision on changing listing after merger

On May 16, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.184/QD-SGDHCM to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (VINGROUP JSC) to change listing on the exchange as follows:

–     Number shares before changing listing: 928,841,712 shares

–     Additional volume: 796,800 shares

–     Total additional value (based on par value): VND7,968,000,000

–     Number shares after changing listing: 929,638,512 shares

–     Total value after changing listing: VND9,296,385,120,000

–     Effective date of the listing license: May 20, 2014 

–     Reason: Issue VIC shares to swap PFV Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company’ shares.
