On May 13, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.182/QD-SGDHCM to allow Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before changing listing: 263,686,385 shares

-         Additional volume: 1,965,154 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND19,651,540,000

-         Number shares after changing listing: 265,651,539 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND2,656,515,390,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 15, 2014

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue bonus shares in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
