TMS: The record date for the 2013 dividend payment

On May 28, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the last phase of 2013 dividend in cash of Transimex-Saigon Corporation:

-         Stock symbol: TMS                              

-         Ex-right date: June 09, 2014   

-         Record date: June 11, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for the last phase of 2013 dividend in cash     

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

-         Payment date: June 20, 2014    

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  172 Hai Ba Trung Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCM City as from June 20, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
