PDN: The record date for the second phase of 2013 dividend payment

On May 27, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for second phase of 2013 dividend in cash of Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company:

-  Stock symbol: PDN                              

-  Ex-right date: June 05, 2014   

-  Record date: June 09, 2014

-  Purpose: for the payment for the second of 2013 dividend in cash         

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

-  Payment date: June 25, 2014    

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province as from June 25, 2014

-  Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
