–     Purpose: to implement the cash dividend payment of 2013 

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 6% (VND600/share)

–     Payment date: June 16, 2014

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company – 168 Giai Phong Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi, Tel: 04.38687084  from June 16, 2014.
