TRC: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 12, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash:

–     Record date: May 30, 2014

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Senior management to implement.
