- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

- Payment date:              June 20, 2014

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  - Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Baominh Insurance Corporation, 198 Phan Xich Long Street, Ward 2, Phu Nhuan District, HCM City  from  June 20, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
