On May 12, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash of My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Company:

- Record date:              May 28, 2014

- Purpose                     for the payment for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash

- Dividend pay-out ratio:   9%/ par value (VND900/ share)

- Payment date:             June 18, 2014 

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  - Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Company, 18 Luy Ban Bich Street, Tan Thoi Hoa Ward, Tan Phu  District, HCM City  from  June 18, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
