-  Purpose: to pay cash dividends for the final payment of 2013 

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 25% (VND2,500/share)

-  Payment date: June 13, 2014

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Finance and Accounting Department of Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation on the working days from June 13, 2014.
