-         Ex-right date: May 14, 2014

-         Record date: May 16, 2014

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-         In which:           + 2013 remaining cash dividend payment: 11.16%

                                    + 2014 advance payment of cash dividend: 3.84%

-         Payment date: May 30, 2014

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dream House Investment Corporation as from May 30, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
