PXS: Board Resolution on dividend payment

Petroleum Equipment Assembly And Metal Structure Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1:  Approving the last cash dividend payment of 2013:

-  Record date: May 21, 2014   

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 5.5%/ current charter capital

-  Payment date: From June 06, 2014       

Article 2: Authorizing to the Director to implement necessary procedure

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from May 05, 2014.
