CLG: CLG extends the dividend payment date

In the previous announcement, the dividend payment date of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company will be May 05, 2014

-  However, because of difficult financial situation, the Company cannot arrange for payment, so the Company would like to pay 2012 dividends on September 15, 2014.
