VLF: Decision on designating VLF

On April 03, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.131/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Vinh Long Cereal And Food Import Export Company (VinhLong Food) as a designated stock as of April 11, 2014.

-  Reason Loss after tax of equity holders of the parent until December 31, 2013 was VND19.126 billion and undistributed loss after tax was VND13.770 billion according to the 2013 financial statements after auditing. VinhLong Food violated Point 1.1b&c, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014.
