UDC: Decision on designating UDC

On April 03, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.132/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Urban Development and Construction Corporation (UDEC) as a designated stock as of April 11, 2014.

-  Reason: Undistributed profit after tax was –VND739,005,417 according to the 2013 financial statements after auditing. UDEC violated Point 1.1c, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014.
