CMX: Announcement of designating CMX

On April 03, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.394 /TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (stock code: CMX) as a designated stock.

-  Stock CMX of Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation has been designated as of April 11, 2014 according to Decision No.134/QD-SGDHCM dated April 03, 2014 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-  Reason: Loss after tax of equity holders of the parent until December 31, 2013 was VND126.67 billion and undistributed loss after tax was VND99.73 billion according to 2013 audited financial statements, Camimex violated Point b, Clause 1.1, Article 16 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014.
