SAP: Announcement of SAP not being under delisting status and explanation on alert status

On 14/4/2014, Hanoi Stock Exchange received the Financial Statement year 2013 of Textbook Printing JSC In Hochiminh City (Code: SAP) audited by AAC Auditing and Accounting Company dated 14/4/2014 (issued in replacement of the FS audited on 26/3/2014. After reviewing, HNX announce that SAP is not under delisting status upon Point h, Item 1, Article 60, Decree no 58/2012/ND-CP dated 20/7/2012 of the Government giving guidances on implementing some Articles of the Securities Law and the Law on adjustment and supplementation of some Articles of the Securities Law.

In the mean time, HNX gave Announcement no 352/TB-SGDHN on putting SAP under alert status from 21/04/2014 due to negative profit after tax year 2013 and undistributed earnings year 2013 as of 31/12/2013 in audited FS year 2013 .
