CNT: Announcement of delisting shares

On April 15, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Resolution 161/QĐ-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Construction And Materials Trading Joint Stock Company:

-  Number of shares delisted: 10,015,069 shares

-  Total value: VND100,150,690,000

-  Reason: Cuu Long Seaproducts Company violated Article 60.1(dd) of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012 by the Government because The firm posted an undistributed loss of VND135.21 billion at December 31, 2013, exceeding the real charter capital of VND100.15 billion.

-  Effective date of the delisting: May 15, 2014

-  Last trading date on HOSE: May 14, 2014
