KSS: Decision on additional listing

On April 11, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.158/QD-SGDHCM to allow Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Corporation to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before changing listing: 24,190,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 15,242,500 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND152,425,000,000

-         Number shares after changing listing: 39,432,500 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND394,325,000,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: April 15, 2014 

-         Reason of additional listing: Those are shares issued to pay dividend and offer new shares to public.
