CNT: Notification of delisting shares on HOSE

Construction And Materials Trading Joint Stock Company will be delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), according to announce No. 449/TB-SGDHCM dated April 15, 2014:

-  Stock symbol: CNT

-  Delisting volume: 10,015,069 shares

-  Total delisting value: VND100,150,690,000

-  Shares were delisted on HOSE according to the Decision No.161/QD-SGDHCM on April 15, 2014.

-  Reason: Construction And Materials Trading Joint Stock Company violated Article 60.1(dd) of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012 by the Government because The firm posted an undistributed loss of VND135.21billion at December 31, 2013, exceeding the real charter capital of VND100.15 billion.

-  Effective date of the delisting: May 15, 2014
