FDG: Notification of delisting shares on HOSE

Dongthap Trading Corporation will be delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), according to announce No. 445/TB-SGDHCM dated April 15, 2014:

-  Stock symbol: FDG

-  Delisting volume: 13,200,000 shares

-  Total delisting value: VND132,000,000,000

-  Shares were delisted on HOSE according to the Decision No. 164/QĐ-SGDHCM on April 15, 2014.

-  Reason: Dongthap Trading Corporation violated Article 60.1(dd) of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012 by the Government because The firm posted an undistributed loss of VND165.228 billion at December 31, 2013, exceeding the real charter capital of VND132 billion.

-  Effective date of the delisting: May 15, 2014
