PTB: The record date for cash dividend payment of 2013

On April 03, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for cash dividend payment of 2013 of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company:

-  Stock symbol: PTB                              

-  Ex-right date: April 14, 2014   

-  Record date: April 16, 2014

-  Purpose: to pay cash dividend payment of 2013           

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

-  Payment date: May 12, 2014     

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         -Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Phu Tai Joint Stock Company , 278 Nguyen Thi Dinh Street, Qyu Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province on the working days from  May 12, 2014.

-  Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
